GameLink Taps Casey Calvert as BDSM, Fetish Expert

SAN FRANCISCO — GameLink.com has appointed Casey Calvert its official BDSM and fetish expert.

Calvert, a media go-to person for BDSM, will write a monthly column, answer consumer questions, and more for the adult e-tail giant.

“GameLink has always been synonymous with the best the adult industry has to offer and partnering with them as an official BDSM/fetish expert is truly a great fit for both of us,” Calvert said. “BDSM is big part of my life, both personally and professionally, and to be able to share this passion with others through GameLink is very gratifying.”

In her new role, Calvert will write a BDSM/fetish-themed column for GameLink’s blog The Naked Truth. Her first article will be a top 10 list of her favorite BDSM and fetish-themed porn movies. Her other duties will include participating in promotional and marketing events and initiatives that revolve around the world of BDSM and fetish and Casey’s activities.

GameLink said it will also create a dedicated section of the website called “Casey’s Corner,” featuring an interactive question-and-answer section. It will also include photos, links, news, and more about the star. The agreement will also cover special sales and promotions on Calvert’s movies.

“Casey has been a great advocate of the BDSM/fetish lifestyle through her films, media interviews and articles, making her the ideal person to partner with in this effort," said Jeff Dillon, vice president of business development for eLine.com parent company to GameLink.com “Her knowledge, experience and awareness of all things BDSM/fetish has made her a unique performer and great brand ambassador for GameLink.”

On Sept. 23, Casey will take part in a Reddit AMA. From 5-6 p.m. PDT where she will answer questions about BDSM and fetish sex, the porn industry, and her new duties for GameLink.

Since her industry debut in 2012, Calvert has earned a number accolades and award nominations for her work in fetish-themed movies, as well as her performances in boy/girl and girl/girl gonzo releases and features, GameLink noted. It was her standout BDSM performances and growing reputation within the fetish community which helped her land a role in “jessica drake’s Guide to Wicked Sex: BDSM for Beginners,” released in January 2015.

Calvert has also shared her BDSM expertise and sex advice on a variety of outlets such as CraveOnline, Bustle.com, The Daily Beast, NextShark.com and others. Most recently, she appeared as a guest speaker at UCLA Human Sexualities course about the portrayal of BDSM and fetishes in porn, in addition to appearances on BDSM/fetish podcasts, such as The RopeCast, Masocast, and Kink in the Chain.
