MONTREAL — Gamma Film Group's Girlsway studio has released its feature debut, “The Business of Women.”
Distributed by Girlfriends Films, the special edition two-disc DVD will hit shelves Sept. 4.
Directed by Bree Mills and Stills by Alan, the creative forces behind Girlsway, the film features India Summer, Vanessa Veracruz, Shyla Jennings, Samantha Rone, Charlotte Stokely and Abigail Mac.
Girlsway said that through its twisted storyline, beautiful cinematography, and intense girl-on-girl sex, the lesbian porn noir is a first for its genre and took the Internet by storm during its release this summer on Girlsway.com.
“'BOW' has been a real labor of love for everyone involved in the project,” Mills said, “The passion and dedication of our cast and crew is what allowed us to create something really special and I am beyond humbled at everyone’s reaction so far.”
“The Business of Women” tells the story of a lonely escort (Rone) who is recruited by a powerful business woman (Summer) to leave the call girl life behind and join her empire. After a rival business woman (Veracruz) discovers the one woman (Jennings) who can bring Summer’s empire crumbling down, it’s up to Rone to use all her loyalty and training to save the business.
The feature leaves viewers questioning until the end: Who will become the ultimate boss babe?
“At Girlsway, our primary focus is telling interesting stories that feature really great lesbian sex," Mills added. “We take a lot of pride in our characters and work with actresses who share the same enthusiasm for their roles. I truly believe we have some of the best performances of the year in this feature and look forward to seeing them recognized come awards season.”
