Williams Trading University Expands With MD Science Lab

PENNSAUKEN, N.J. — Williams Trading Company’s e-learning program Williams Trading University (WTU) has expanded with a new course exclusive to Williams’ customers called MD Science Lab: Take Your Performance To The Max.

WTU’s full catalog now offers 56 available online courses. The latest course allows adult retailers to learn about male supplements and how to ensure that customers use them in an effective and healthy manner.

“This additional course represents a growing category in the adult industry: male sexual health and wellness,” said Erin V., marketing and vendor liaison. “Now, adult retailers and their employees will not miss the opportunity to build their sales basket and provide their customer with important information in this product category.”

WTU is a free e-learning program available exclusively to existing and new Williams Trading Co. accounts. Online courses are available 24 hours a day, seven days per week with a login account. Each course offers product benefits and features as well as a seminar that explains its importance to a customer, their needs and wellbeing.  According to the company, more than 15,000 course certifications have been completed across the domestic U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico.

Upon completing a course, the user takes a quiz and is rewarded with a downloadable certificate. Select participating vendors offer free premiums, samples and special offers. The feature is an added benefit to the retailer as their employees can try a product, become a consumer and ultimately recommend it to their customers.
