LELO to Launch Sex Toy Exhibit With Party in New York

STOCKHOLM, Sweden — LELO has teamed up with Pleasure Chest to create a sex toy gallery called Discover the Colors of Love to be revealed on Tuesday with a lavish party in New York.

The exhibit, the first of its kind, will be officially opened by partygoers including "Real Housewives of New York" star, author and Emmy-winning producer, Carole Radziwill; the "Millionaire Matchmaker" Patti Stanger; and the star of the recent LELO movie "Beyond the Wave," Casper Van Dien, and his wife Catherine Oxenberg, star of "Dynasty."

To celebrate the exhibition opening LELO is also holding a competition that will be launched by the celebrity attendees. Everyone will be asked to show their true colors and "put their Best Selfie Forward” to enter an exclusive #LeloLove competition. Throughout July and August LELO aims to make New Yorker's summer even hotter by selecting two lucky winners to win a luxury LELO gift set containing a selection of sexy, sensual LELO products.

Casper Van Dien remarked, “This is going to be a great night and one of the hottest this summer. LELO is known for its innovations, not only in design but also for breaking the barriers of what people expect; after all they are the first sex toy maker to push into the movie industry. This exhibition is going to be something really special, not to mention the great party, too.”

Sila Songkran, creative director at LELO, added, "We don't just design pleasure products, we design the entire experience of owning them. We always think to ourselves, 'How can we make it a pleasurable product, even when the product is not in use?' This is a piece of art, so we decided to turn the space at Pleasure Chest into an art gallery. We want visitors to step into the space and not only view our products, but to feel the emotions as well."

The partygoers will be treated to canapés provided by New York's renowned caterer Sherry Grimes from Anderson's 1949 – Brooklyn, plus signature cocktails created specifically for LELO. In addition, there will be custom-designed LELO limited edition luxury gift bags. DISCWOMAN, a company dedicated to showcasing the wealth of female DJ talent, has secured celebrated New York favorite, DJ BearCat, to provide some chilled-out beats.

You can literally feel the love in this meticulously custom created space. The window displays have actually stopped traffic... and in New York that's saying something!
