Girlfriends Films’ ‘Pin-Up Girls’ Returns for 9th Installment

VALENCIA, Calif. — Girlfriends Films’ “Pin-Up Girls: Volume 9” is now available on DVD, the studio announced today.

After a 20-month hiatus, the acclaimed series featuring sexy sirens in vintage lingerie is making a comeback. The successful series chronicles a sultry group of 1950s girls capitalizing on the demand for risqué photos and movies similar to the work of the legendary pin-up queen Bettie Page.

An intricate attention to aesthetic detail and authenticity of a bygone era has helped propelled “Pin-Up Girls” to become one of the strongest selling all-girl series, according to Girlfriends Films President Moose.

“The series has become a big favorite with fans who love the period aspect of the movies and the strong sexual performances from gorgeous, all-natural women,” he said. “’Volume 9’ will show fans that ‘Pin-Up Girls’ is indeed back with a beautiful cast of stars and all the exciting elements they’ve come to enjoy from this acclaimed series.”

“Pin-Up Girls: Volume 9” shows restless young women working as pin-up and lingerie models, as they explore their sexuality with each other in all-new vignettes of hot lesbian sex, Moose said. The cast includes award-winning Girlfriends Films contract performer Prinzzess Felicity Jade and adult stars Ashlyn Rae, Victoria White, Rayveness, Jayden Cole, Jelena Jensen and Valentina Nappi.

The movie pairs Rae with Rayveness, White with Cole, Rayveness with Jensen, and Prinzzess with Nappi in four scenes of lesbian sex.

“I love ‘Pin-Up Girls’ because stepping back in time is pretty thrilling. To think, our parents and especially our grandparents lived in that era — they must be shocked about what we wear now,” Prinzzess said. “I am glad I was born into the thong era, but experiencing the fashion and styles from over half a century ago is an amazing experience. Mixing our modern filming technology with the old cameras we play with in the series is fun, but not as much fun as putting on and taking off the 1950s lingerie.”

“I would have to say Girlfriends Films’ ‘Pin-Up Girls’ is one of my favorite series to shoot for,” Jensen said. “Dan O'Connell, the director, likes to stay true to the era, so he brings bins full of authentic wardrobe to set for us to wear. It really makes you feel like you've traveled back in time to the 1950s.

"Girls that shoot for the series have to be all natural, meaning no tattoos, no implants, etc. I love that I get to shoot for a series that celebrates an era of women being all natural and curvy.”

“Pin-Up Girls: Volume 9” was shot in high definition with three Sony XDCAM cameras and presented in a 16:9 widescreen format. The release includes photo galleries, trailers to hit Girlfriends Films movies and more.
