LOS ANGELES — Porn star Lynna Nilsson told XBIZ that DJ’ing topless is a lot harder than it looks.
“Being a topless DJ is actually very difficult,” said the model known as Ms. Lynna on the club circuit in Europe. “Most of the topless DJ’s don’t play live. They have other DJ’s actually mixing live.”
But Ms. Lynna, who is based in Bratislava, Slovakia, and right now is in the midst of her second trip to America, is the real deal.
When she’s headlining a club as a DJ she’s always hands-on with the console whether she’s got her top down or not. It’s part of why the No. 1 topless DJ in Slovakia has become a draw for her progressive house and EDM mixes.
Ms. Lynna, who was born in the Czech Republic and is half Swedish and Czech, has played more than 30 clubs since launching her DJ career in 2013. Most of the time she spins topless, but she notes she’ll gladly stay fully clothed if the club requires it.
This year she’s already headlined clubs in France, Czech Republic and Slovakia and she’ll soon be headed to Austria, England and back to Mallorca, Spain, for 10 dates this summer.
“My knees are always shaking,” Ms. Lynna admits. “I don’t like to warm up but once I start to play it’s so cool. I can see and feel all the crowd moving together.”
A published glamour model since 2007 that was the Playmate of the Month in October 2012 in Playboy Croatia, Nilsson is also building a profile in porn after making her adult film debut in November.
Most of her 36 scenes so far were shot in Europe for studios such as Harmony Films, Private, DDF Productions, 21st Sextury, Perfect Gonzo and Photodromm. She recently landed the box cover of Private’s “Swingers” along with Christen Courtney in a movie directed by Garry Grant. Her credits also include a shoot for Holly Randall and work for Brazzers, Reality Kings, Spizoo, Mofos, Babes and Penthouse.
“I actually wanted to do girl/girl first just to make my fans happy, but I got zero job offers and then I decided to change to boy/girl and I was almost fully booked,” Nilsson said.
“It’s very cool job, you know, getting paid for having fun and pleasure and I’m enjoying the people. They are much nicer than any other office job I had before.”
She added, “Here in porn, you don’t need to worry because no one wants to have sex without a test. It’s the most safe job ever.”
Before she started modeling Nilsson worked for the government. She studied geography in college and also has her MBA, living in eight different European countries, including Belgium and England in recent years as she’s traveled for work.
“I like to change countries and meet more people and learn new stuff,” she said.
Nilsson also revealed she knows how to read hieroglyphs, the writing system used by ancient Egyptians.
“I studied hieroglyphs at the high school, not as a subject at school but by myself as I was interested in it since I love Egypt and its history,” Nilsson said.
“The only little difficulty was that the book my grandfather gave me was written in German so I had to first translate it from German to Czech and only after I could dedicate my time to learn how to read hieroglyphs.”
“And after at the university I took lessons of Japanese. But likely I have forgotten all of it already.”
She said doing porn is actually easier than DJ’ing.
“Because imagine you are DJ’ing and you do a mistake and everyone in the club knows about it. Like your headphones get twisted all together and you untwist them and there is one second of nothing,” Nilsson said.
“In porn whatever you do, they always can cut it out. You just look good and smile and once the camera is on, I’m just being myself and enjoying what I’m doing.”
She said she hopes to take her porn career as far as she can.
“I’m enjoying it and I hope to do as much as possible for as long as possible,” Nilsson said. “I’m also trying to produce my own stuff. I’m preparing my movie and starting to write a script. … And producing music is a very cool thing. I find it so easy. There’s no stress, no early morning wake up.”
