Hustler's Collector’s Edition Showcases 41 Historic Years

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. — Hustler’s Anniversary 2015 issue, which hit newsstands today, celebrates four decades of sex and free speech with a number of special presentations. The magazine launched in July 1974.

The collector’s edition showcases 41 historic years of pushing boundaries by offering a unique glimpse behind the scenes by a former top editor, the interracial layout that spurred the assassination attempt on Larry Flynt and a look at Hustler’s impact on social issues.

Also included is a visit with 40th anniversary cover girl Scarlet Red, 10 pages of top-searched porn stars in their very first Hustler layouts, the "Top 25 Beavers of the Decade," the classic cartoon “Where’s Dildo?” and "Asshole of the Century," George W. Bush.

There’s also a six-page photo spread featuring Hustler Video’s popular new porn parody, “This Ain’t The Interview XXX,” along with spreads of Bree Daniels, Anneli, Lola and Madi Meadows.

In their columns, Publisher Larry Flynt reflects on “Four Decades of Free Speech” and TruthDig.com Editor Robert Scheer details the damage done by former President Ronald Reagan’s attorney general in “What a Friggin’ Meese!”
