The raven-haired, Alaska-native stars in the movie along with Candice Cox, Riley Mason, Riley Shy, Tyla Wynn, Chris Cannon, Eric Masterson, Franco Del Toro and Johnny Castle.
Rose promised that her new movie would deliver.
"It's a really good movie," she told XBIZ. "But then again, everything that Adam and Eve does is good. I barely say anything in the movie, but the sex is fucking great."
“We have been thrilled with Ava since the day we met her,” Mischa Allen, Adam & Eve Pictures public relations director said. “This movie proves that she’s not only hot as hell to look at, but that she can deliver on all fronts.”
Rose also recently attended the annual Babes on the Bull charity event at the Saddle Ranch Chop House on Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood, Calif. Adam & Eve Pictures and Topco Sales co-sponsored the event. Proceeds went to Children in Need, a non-profit organization that provides awareness and understanding of the issues that impact children.
“The Saddle Ranch has tremendous success with this event every year,” Saddle Ranch regional manager Billy Rogers said before Rose mounted the restaurant’s mechanical bull. “It is thrilling to have Ava participate; she is sure to be a crowd-pleaser.”
A mix of adult and mainstream celebrities attended the charity event including Ron Jeremy, Ian Ziering of Beverly Hills 90210 fame and Star 98.7 DJ Lisa Fox.
