VENICE, Calif. — Mick Blue took home the Male Performer of the Year trophy at the 2015 XRCO Awards.
The honor marks Blue's seventh award of this year. He also went home with trophies for Best Double Penetration Sex Scene for "Anikka 2" (Hard X); Best Group Sex Scene and Most Outrageous Sex Scene for "Gangbang Me;" and Best Three-Way Sex Scene for "Allie" (Hard X/O.L. Entertainment).
Blue said that making this win extra dramatic was that his wife, Anikka Albrite, also won Female Performer of the Year, their second husband-and-wife Performer of the Year win.
“We just got back from a vacation where we celebrated our first anniversary,” Blue said. “It’s been the greatest year of my life and I am so thankful to my gorgeous wife Anikka, all the XRCO voters and the adult fans, without whom none of this would be possible. This is something I will never forget in my entire life.”
