OSU 'Library Girl' Kendra Sunderland Launches Dating Site

LOS ANGELES — Former Oregon State University student Kendra Sunderland, notorious for filming a naughty webcam video in the school library last month, on Thursday announced the launch of DateBrokeCollegeGirls.com

The venture is billed as a new sugar dating website "designed to connect ambitious and attractive college students with successful and generous suitors."

"DateBrokeCollegeGirls.com is the only sugar dating website that has been created and actively run by a sugar baby themselves, helping create a community that truly engages and caters to those in the growing world of sugar dating," the company said in announcing Sunderland's site.

DateBrokeCollegeGirls.com will be launching a member referral program designed to financially reward current female members that bring new members to the site — which it also claims is "an industry first."

“I wanted to create a place online where young women can feel empowered, and meet successful individuals that can help them during a very stressful and challenging time,” Sunderland said. “I’m personally a member of the sugar dating community, and have seen the benefits these relationships provide a young woman first hand. Everyone benefits from having a mentor that can help you navigate challenges, especially ones they’ve overcome themselves — like managing student debts and starting a career.”

Sugar dating has become one of the fastest growing segments in the dating world, according to the DateBrokeCollegeGirls founder.

“Sugar dating has provided me the opportunity to meet really interesting new people and have experiences — fancy dinners, great vacations, and business connections — that I wouldn’t have had otherwise," Sunderland added. "In fact, if it wasn’t for one such experience, I wouldn’t have had the confidence or connections available to me to develop and launch DateBrokeCollegeGirls.com."

DateBrokeCollegeGirls.com will also be a resource for those interested in sugar dating through blog posts, success stories and other content developed by Sunderland, the company said.
