LOS ANGELES — New Sensations/Digital Sin was honored with 10 wins at the 2015 XBIZ Awards. Scripted features "Second Chances" and "The Sexual Liberation of Anna Lee" dominated the acting categories, with "Anna Lee" taking Couples-Themed Release of the Year. Showcase "Meet Carter" was named All-Sex Release of the Year, while new series "I Love My Hotwife" won Best Scene - Vignette, earning new imprint "Tales From the Edge" its first award win.
Jacky St. James, coming off her first year as a full-time director, was heralded as Director of the Year for her versatile and prolific Body of Work, ranging from romantic and dramatic features to genre-themed hardcore laced with provocative and deviant themes. St. James now holds the distinction of being the first female recipient of the prestigious award since 2009.

"Second Chances," Jacky St. James and Eddie Powell's first collaboration since helming the critically acclaimed and bestselling BDSM drama "The Submission of Emma Marx," scored big wins for its cast, including Best Actress for Carter Cruise, Best Supporting Actress for Jessa Rhodes, Best Supporting Actor for Chad White, and Best Non-Sex Acting Performance for St. James, who has now officially christened herself "the Judi Dench of porn." In addition to Couples-Themed Release of the Year, "The Sexual Liberation of Anna Lee" earned leads Maddy O'Reilly and Xander Corvus top acting honors in a Couples-Themed Release.
"I could not be happier for Maddy O’Reilly, Carter Cruise, Xander Corvus, Chad White, and Jessa Rhodes," said St. James. "As a director, there is no greater reward than watching the talent you worked with be recognized for their achievements. Carter’s win was especially meaningful to me because of how much she gave every day on set while shooting 'Second Chances.' She wanted to deliver the most memorable performance possible. She was constantly rehearsing, constantly working on every facet of the character so it didn’t come across as one-note or a caricature."
Digital Sin's "Meet Carter Cruise," the follow-up to its 2012 chart-topper "Meet Bonnie Rotten," met with victory at the show, winning the coveted award for All-Sex Release of the Year. Directed by Paul Woodcrest, the showcase is the second entry in the studio's star-making "Meet..." series, which now includes "Meet Dakota Skye," "Meet Kelly Shibari," and "Meet Aidra Fox."
New Sensations also earned a win for "I Love My Hotwife," the debut release from new imprint "Tales From the Edge." A sex-positive portrayal of the hotwifing lifestyle, which finds married men encouraging their wives to take a lover, "I Love My Hotwife" took Best Scene - Vignette Release for its inspired pairing of Ava Dalush and crossover sensation James Deen. "I Love My Hotwife" is the first in a series of hotwifing titles that now includes "My Hotwife's Lover" and "A Hotwife Blindfolded," out Jan. 26.
