LOS ANGELES — Wrapping up the quickly fleeting year, retired porn performer and habitual Daily Beast contributor Aurora Snow queried several top porn stars about their highlights from 2014.

Bonnie Rotten said that launching her production company Mental Beauty stood out as the most memorable event of the year. “I have learned a lot about productions and the abilities I have in this realm,” she told The Daily Beast. “In 2015 I am looking forward to working with more people in the industry and doing crazier and crazier scenes! Also testing my abilities as a director and producer to create content that people love.”
Penthouse Pet Justine Joli said that, in addition to deciding to remain an adult model for a while longer, she is getting back to her roots, in food, by focusing on her pot beef jerky business, GreenFairyEdibles.com.
Meanwhile, veteran star Alana Evans reports that 2014 has seen the launch of her music career — a lifelong dream of hers. “Because of porn, I never thought music would be a reality for me,” she said. “I’m not going to be the next Madonna, but I’m just so happy to be living my dream.”
