LONDON — U.K. broadcast company Babestation announced the launch of “Babestation Latinas” featuring models broadcasting from Latin America.
The company said the launch is a first for its Babe Channel brand launched in 2002 and the first show of its kind in the U.K. The offering lets viewers interact live with female performers via telephone or text messages.
Since 2006, the company has had a dedicated porn channel on the SKY satellite platform.
Babestation Latinas airs on Channel 909 on SKY from 3-9 p.m. GMT and is expected to expand its hours, and may run on its own channel 24 hours a day under Babestation Latinas.
The operators explained that the venture is collaboration between Firestorm Media and AJ Studios. The Firestorm Platform offers the live streaming service that supports the channel, rebroadcasting the existing output to extend the reach of the broadcast, and monetizes the content. The content can also be viewed via a Roku device.
AJ Studios is a live content production company with multiple offices in South America. The studio boasts more than 300 models working every day, all year.
The company is also a founding partner of LALEXPO, a Latin American B2B adult event.
