Good Vibrations Hosts Launch Party for OhMiBod's App-Controlled Vibe

SAN FRANCISCO — Iconic sex toy retailer Good Vibrations announced an in-store product launch of OhMiBod’s blueMotion vibrator at its Valencia St. store in the heart of the Mission District on Dec. 4 from 7-10 p.m.

Good Vibrations Staff Sexologist Dr. Carol Queen will close the evening by answering questions about the future of vibrators in a connected world.

Originally launched at Good Vibrations’ Palo Alto retail location, blueMotion is an app-controlled vibrator ideal for tech-friendly users.

The wearable vibrator features innovative technology that allows couples to experience intimacy acroos great distances. Through OhMiBod’s WiFi enabled Remote App, partners are able to control the vibrator with a stroke on their smartphone, taking phone sex to a new level.

Attendees of the product launch will receive an insider’s look at blueMotion from ideation to creation, and have the opportunity to test it at one of several stations using iPads equipped with the OhMiBod App, Skype and GChat.

Participants will also have the chance to win prizes being raffled throughout the evening, and light refreshments will be served.

Dr. Queen says she looks forward to the launch and discussion, “We are so excited to offer the newest example of out-of-the-box vibratory thinking that our friends at OhMiBod bring to everything they do. This app-enabled vibe lets people stay close and get frisky no matter how far from one another they are, and we know our customers have been waiting a long time for the promise of ‘teledildonics' to come to fruition. We’re really in the 21st century now.”
