LOS ANGELES — Smash Pictures on Thursday unveiled the trailer to “Friends & Family 5," the next installment of its taboo line set for release on Dec. 4.
Shot in HD by veteran director Jim Powers, "Friends & Family 5" stars Samantha Rone, Allison Moore, Miley Mae and Alaina Kristar in naughty step-sibling scenes with Jake Taylor, Dane Cross, Codi Lewis and Richie Calhoun, respectively.
"We’re quite pleased with how this film and trailer turned out, being our most popular current series in the taboo/family genre," Stuart Wall, VP of Smash Pictures, told XBIZ. "Times are changing with what works for both the DVD market as well as in the broadcast world. The DVD fans are all asking for the real-deal incest, where for us to still generate profits must meet in the middle as the broadcast systems will only air step related taboo themes.
"DVD is our smallest market and we rely on VOD and broadcast to keep us afloat. This new volume continues with the family fun as step relationships. The response on this advanced trailer has been a thumbs up."
