LOS ANGELES — XBIZ has nominated rising adult performer Dakota Skye for Best New Starlet for the 2015 XBIZ Awards.
"A year and a few months ago, I never expected to come this far in the industry. I've got an amazing agent, people behind me and now my first XBIZ nominations," Skye said. "That is simply something so amazing to me, I couldn't ask for more! I'm certainly beyond honored!"
Skye's star vehicle, "Meet Dakota Skye" (Digital Sin), also received an XBIZ nomination for All-Sex Release of the Year, while the "Meet..." series is up for All-Sex Series of the Year.
Other nominations include a Gonzo Series of the Year nod for "Beautiful New Faces" (Skow for Girlfriends); Skye appeared in "Beautiful New Faces 3."
Now in its 13th year, the XBIZ Awards will be held on Jan. 15, 2015 in downtown Los Angeles, hosted by James Deen.
