XVideos Wins Cybersquatting Cases Involving 2 Adult Tube Sites

LAS VEGAS — An arbitrator in two separate cybersquatting cases at WIPO has ruled for the parent company of adult tube site XVideos.com.

The cases, both adjudicated earlier this month by a sole panelist, involved a pair of existing domains that offered adult tube site content — XVideosDaily.com and XVideosToday.net.

The arbitrator, finding the sites "confusingly similar" to adult tube site brand XVideos, ordered both  transferred to parent company WGCZ S.R.O.

The registered domain holder of the XVideosDaily.com and XVideosToday.net is Andrey Kuzmenko of Ukraine, who did not respond to the complaint.

WGCZ operates scores of other adult tube sites, including XNXX.com, and is based in Czechoslovakia and has U.S. operations in Las Vegas.

WGCZ has held the a U.S. trademark on its XVideos brand since 2012 and its XNXX brand since 2013.

WGCZ was represented in the two recent cases by Randazza Legal Group.
