Video: JT, 'The YouPorn Guy,' Delivers Keynote at XBIZ EU

LONDON — Video footage of XBIZ EU's keynote speech by JT, "the YouPorn Guy," is now available on XBIZ TV via YouTube.

A standing-room-only crowd in the main conference ballroom at the Hilton Metropole London hotel last month heard JT discuss his personal history, his start in the industry, and how he handled the meteoric rise of the adult tube site YouPorn.com.

But after selling YouPorn to MindGeek, JT developed a brand-new portfolio of paysites under the Really Useful Cash network that offers several genres — sensual/erotic and reality/amateur, he said.

JT and his programmers created an algorithm that was based on users' current footprint on YouPorn. This algorithm would identify content and, in particular, niches that the user would likely enjoy.

Average time on site and average page views per visit greatly increased, he said. And with all that data JT said it helped him identify the niches that he needed to create for the Really Useful Cash network.

With stand-out sites like FakeTaxi.com, FakeAgent.com, PublicAgent.com, DaneJones.com, Lesbea.com and MassageRooms.com, JT also is growing his .xxx collection under the Really Useful Cash, offering such sites as Orgasms.xxx, Casting.xxx, BDSM.xxx, Mom.xxx and others.

"The reason why I am such a prolific buyer of the .xxx domains is that I missed out when the best .coms were available," he told the XBIZ EU audience. "At the time, I was in my 20s and didn't have the money to purchase them."

Times have changed for JT, however. His empire keeps growing, including his next project, which will have him going back to his roots — a tube site.

He also told the XBIZ EU audience that he has high hopes for his newest paysite, Teen.porn, when that gTLD makes its debut.

XBIZ World interviewed JT in a Q&A this past June. The interview is available here.
