LOS ANGELES — Digital Sin has announced the release of what the company says is its most boundary-pushing "Tabu Tales" vignette to date, “A Mother Daughter Thing.”
Written and directed by Jacky St. James, the erotic family drama marks her first girl/girl project. St. James cast the performers together for their striking resemblance to one another.
"I wanted the stories and characters to feel authentic, so casting the right people was very important," St. James said. "Of course the mothers and daughters are steps, and did not have to look alike, but for the sake of making the fantasy more powerful, it was better if they did. There's a lot of psychology at play in this genre of adult, and the closer you get to capturing it, the hotter the movie becomes for its fans. I couldn't be happier with these performances. This was such a fun movie to shoot!"
“'A Mother Daughter Thing' explores "the fragile and explosive dynamic" between stepmother and stepdaughter in four eroticized, story-driven vignettes. Playing the movie's mothers and daughters are Dana DeArmond and Adriana Chechik, Dani Daniels and Elexis Monroe, Ariella Ferrera and Sara Luvv, and reigning XBIZ MILF Performer of the Year Julia Ann and Dakota Skye.
"My scene with Julia Ann as my stepmom was so twisted," Skye said. "In the movie, I'm angry cause she's taken my dad away from me. But, when I act out, she just dominates me too! It's really hot. We really got into the story, which made the sex between Julia and me all the more crazy and intense. I think that's really gonna come through when people watch it. I'm really excited about it!"
“A Mother Daughter Thing” has a runtime of 112 minutes and includes an exclusive photo gallery and candid Behind-the-Scenes featurette.
