Kelly Shibari Hosts Penthouse Forum Twitter Chat Aug. 13

LOS ANGELES — BBW star Kelly Shibari will be hosting Penthouse Forum’s Twitter Chat this week.

The leading erotica magazine will hold the hour-long social media event tomorrow at 12 p.m. PST, using the hashtag #ForumForUs.

The chat will follow an “Ask Me Anything”-style format, where participants can open up conversations and interact with the guest host directly.

“I’m so thrilled to be asked to host #ForumForUs,” Shibari said. “I absolutely love social media, and to have the opportunity to chat with fans both old and new about Penthouse Forum, plus-size sexuality and more, is going to be an absolute blast.”

To take part in the chat, log onto Twitter and search for the hashtag #ForumForUs. When the discussion starts, participants can interact with Shibari with questions or comments.

Shibari made BBW history as the first plus-size model to grace the cover of a major men's magazine with Penthouse’s June 2014 issue. The event garnered significant mainstream media coverage from Huffington Post, Nerve, The Daily Beast, Examiner and others outlets.

“We’re very happy to be taking our relationship with Kelly to a new level, which will give our readers and her fans a unique opportunity to interact with her,” Penthouse Forum Managing Editor Eric Danville said. “Plus, she’s a doll — so it should be fun for everyone!”

Shibari will also be a featured guest on University of Toronto Radio’s “Sex City” this evening. She will chat with host Jon Pressick, amongst other things, about the creation of the first-ever sex education film for people of size, “jessica drake’s Guide to Wicked Sex: Plus Size,” which represents Shibari's collaboration with Wicked Pictures contract star, writer, producer and director, Jessica Drake.

Shibari will also discuss her Penthouse Forum cover and her career in the adult entertainment industry on the show, which will air at 8 p.m. PST on CIUT 89.5 FM in the Toronto area, and will stream live globally on https://ciut.fm.
