Forbidden Fruits Films Scores NightMoves Nomination

TAMPA, Fla. — Forbidden Fruits Films announced that it has received its first nomination for a NightMoves Award.

The studio has earned the nod for Best All Girl Release for its film “Mother-Daughter Lesbian Lessons.”

The feature stars Jodi West, Lilith Lust, Elexis Monroe, Desi Dalton and Sam Summers and is described as a taboo story of a mother's forbidden secret and a daughter's hidden desires.

"We are so honored to be recognized by such an established award show like NightMoves," said Jay West, Forbidden Fruits co-owner. "To think just two short years ago we were a small Clips4Sale studio and now we have grown into a company that is not only consistently ranked in the top three streaming studios on all the major VOD sites, but is also one of the most reordered lines for major distributors."

The studio said the release of “Mother-Daughter Lesbian Lessons” was so well received from distributors, retailers, and fans, that the award nominated movie was made into a series. Since the Sept. 2013 release date, Forbidden Fruits has followed it up with two other volumes starring top talent like Carter Cruise, Callie Calypso, Shay Fox and more.

"Forbidden Fruits is unlike any studio I have ever sold," said Howard Levine, Exile Distribution President. "With all the different studios Exile handles distribution for, Forbidden Fruits is the most reordered line we have ever taken on. Their attention to detail, hot storylines, and diversification into different genres has turned them into one of the most successful studios in the business which is really saying a lot since they did it when we were seeing a downturn in sales. This is just not the case with Forbidden Fruits."

The 22nd Annual NightMoves Awards is scheduled to take place on Oct. 12 in Tampa, Florida. Fans can vote for Forbidden Fruits by clicking here.
