Lovehoney Documentary Streaming on Netflix

BATH, U.K. – Pleasure products giant Lovehoney takes center stage in the new reality series, “Frisky Business,” now available to U.S. viewers on Netflix.

“Frisky Business,” which first aired on Lifetime U.K. in March, takes a look at the inner workings of the company and carries the tagline “meet the team turning Britain on.”

The six-part series offers insight into all aspects of the company – from the customer care team fielding intimate questions from shoppers to the returns department dealing with unwanted sex dolls. Highlights include tracking the development of new sex toy “ROCKBOX Finger” from concept to creation.

The cameras were based at Lovehoney’s Bath HQ from July 2013 to January 2014.

‘We got used to the camera crews pretty quickly’ says Lovehoney codirector Neal Slateford. ‘They were allowed complete access to everything that was going on.”

“We think U.S. viewers will love the show as much as the U.K. audience did,” says Lovehoney cofounder Richard Longhurst. ‘The show takes viewers behind the scenes to meet the staff?who create and deliver the products they enjoy. We were really pleased with the positive reaction from both staff and customers when Frisky Business was shown in the U.K.”

All six episodes of “Frisky Business” can be found by those with a U.S. Netflix account here, or by searching “Frisky Business” on the Netflix site.

Founded in 2002, Lovehoney is now one of the world’s largest sex toy retailers and is growing internationally as a retailer, manufacturer and distributor. The company holds the worldwide exclusive rights to manufacture and distribute pleasure products using the Fifty Shades of Grey brand.
