LOS ANGELES — Joy Hollywood and K-Beech on Thursday announced they have joined forces in a merger that will combine the resources and brand recognition of both companies.
K-Beech, which has 30 years of adult DVD production and distribution, is well established in the porn market, while Joy Hollywood has made its mark in the sex toy and novelty distribution channel — both in the wholesale and retail spaces.
"Coming together will mark the marriage of these two burgeoning facets of the adult entertainment and novelty markets and create new fruitful ventures for both companies as they bring their mutual resources and crossover opportunities to their clients and customers," the companies said in announcing the merger. "This new merged entity is also on the lookout for exciting new products to take on, as well as continuing on with the trusted relationships established with current vendors and manufacturers."
