According to Falcon senior director of production and editing Chris Steele, Donovan will be responsible for all aspects of model recruitment and casting for both film and online productions.
Donovan brings 15 years of experience in gay adult content to his new job. He was previously associated with the company as a Falcon exclusive between 1992 and 1997.
“I’m excited that Chad has joined Falcon,” Steele said. “He brings an amazing amount of experience to this position and to Falcon.
“Chad will also be a big asset when it comes to directing. His directing style is just what we were in need of since our 2007 production schedule will be the most aggressive since the inception of Falcon Studios. Falcon is where Chad started out in this business, so it’s only fitting that he has returned to the studio that helped put him on the map.”
Donovan previously worked for Studio 2000, where he directed a dozen films. He will begin to direct his first film for Falcon, “Long Board,” later this month.
In 2005, Donovan was inducted into the Gayvn Hall of Fame and the Grabby’s Wall of Fame.
