ATLANTA, Ga. — Leading adult manufacturer Liberator announced the launch of its newest product, the Obéir Spanking Bench.
Inspired by the French word meaning “to obey,” the Obéir provides a platform for bondage, spanking, flogging and sexual positioning.
The bench is crafted from high-density foam for a supportive-yet-soft foundation, with a reinforced microfiber exterior that is removable and washable. The extended shelf on one side keeps knees or elbows comfortable and the height is designed to keep the derriere within easy reach, the company said in a release.
The Obéir also features built-in D-ring attachments for both ankle and wrist restraints such as cuffs, silk sashes or rope. The company notes that the spanking bench is available without cuffs, or with a leather cuff kit, featuring black latigo leather wrist and ankle cuffs, or with microfiber cuffs for beginners that have been designed for comfort.

The Obéir’s multifunctional design can facilitate powerplay and a variety of both sitting and standing sexual positions, including cowgirl and doggy style.

The Obéir measures 25.5 (length) x 24 (width) x 18 (height), and includes assembly instructions as well as an illustrated position guide specific to the product. It comes vacuum compressed in environmentally friendly and erotic packaging, which reportedly reduces shelf space and shipping costs by 50 percent.
