FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — XXX Vapor has announced the launch of the "XXX Effect," what it's calling the industry’s first sexual performance enhancement e-cigarette.

Available in male and female versions, the company said the XXX Effect is a discreet and all-natural way to get a needed "performance surge."
