Gunn has won many awards this year, including an AVN award for participating in the Best Sex Scene - Video and best supporting actor for “Pirates.” Gunn also has won a Temptation award and a Nightmoves award for best new director.
“It was a real surprise receiving the news that I had been nominated in this category [at the Venus Berlin Awards Show],” Gunn said. “I understand that the Venus show is a pretty prestigious event, and just to be nominated was a thrill in itself. It’s nice to be recognized not only nationally, but internationally as well.
“I received the good news that I had won while I was on set for Vivid. My wife Rita Faltoyano, who was at the show, phoned me up shortly after accepting the award on my behalf. I also would like to thank Paul Thomas who directed ‘To Die For,’ the cast and crew, Vivid, Venus and everybody who was involved in making this a reality.”
