Doc Johnson, Peekay Team Up for OptiMALE Promo

NORTH HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Novelty manufacturer Doc Johnson and adult retailer Peekay have partnered up for the entire month of April for an OptiMALE promotion.

The multi-channel marketing campaign kicked off with in-store trainings conducted by the Doc Johnson sales team. In addition, the promotion includes customer incentives as well as interactive marketing initiatives through an OptiMALE takeover on social media, ladies nights, and radio spots to help promote the comprehensive sexual health and wellness brand.  

The first 16 days of the promotion have exceeded expectations, according to the pleasure products duo, with OptiMALE sales up 197 percent compared to last month.

Scott Watkins, Doc Johnson’s vice president of sales and marketing said of the partnership, “Doc Johnson and Peekay have teamed up in the effort to help drive awareness to the core purpose behind OptiMALE, pleasure products that aid in men’s sexual health and wellness.”

According to the company, the OptiMALE collection is prominently displayed in the Men’s Wellness section of all 45 Peekay stores, with products from the line sitting in front of OptiMALE wall skins in 37 of those stores.

“Since its introduction, OptiMALE products have been among our top sellers in our men’s wellness product categories. We’re very impressed with OptiMALE’s quality and performance, which are both second to none,” said Martin Walker, vice president of marketing with Peekay, Inc.

Peekay's  45 locations are offering OptiMALE coupons now through the end of April for buy one regular-priced OptiMALE product, get 50 percent off a second regular-priced OptiMALE product.
