LONDON — British adult network Television X will broadcast the U.K. premiere of porn spoof “Down on Abby” on April 5.
Episode one will be available to subscribers on the Sky (903), Virgin (473) and Freeview (171) channels. Television X said it will then air the series on Saturdays through April.
The film will also be available on Virgin On Demand and on TVXflix on YouView. The full, uncut hardcore version will be available for streaming to any device on TelevisionX.com from April 1.
Directed by Gazzman for Harmony Films, “Down on Abby” spoofs the popular PBS series about the wealthy occupants of an English manor house and their servants.
“When I heard Harmony had ‘Down on Abby’ in production, I just had to have it. It’s a brilliant spoof and with its all-British cast it’s perfect for the channel. Our customers are in for a real treat," TVX boss Chris Ratcliff said.
