NEW YORK — Iconic sex educator and performance artist Annie Sprinkle will join The Pleasure Chest on Thursday at its Upper East Side flagship location for her workshop, 101 Ways to Make Love with the Earth: An Ecosex Primer.
In the workshop, Sprinkle will give “an overview of ecosex practices, art, fashion and green porn” and discuss “switching the metaphor from ‘Earth as mother’ to ‘Earth as lover.’”
Participants will have the opportunity to listen to sexy stories, try some breathing exercises and get in touch with their own ecosexuality.
“Annie Sprinkle is a sex positive pioneer,” said Kristen Tribby, Pleasure Chest’s director of creative development and strategy. “We’re delighted that our free workshop program will give more people the opportunity to learn from her.”
