3rd Wave Introduces Click2Call

MARSHALL, Va. — 3rd Wave Consulting services has introduced its new Click2Call feature for the adult audio text industry.

Click2Call automatically snaps into 3rd Wave’s MyVPC phone system; there is no coding involved.

Customers now can go to 3rd Waves’ clients websites, choose the person they want to speak with, enter their own credit card information, phone number and a specified length of time for the call. Once completed, MyVPC places a call to both the PSO and the customer. The Click2Call feature allows clients to keep the same look and feel of their site throughout the process.

3rd Wave’s Click2Call, as well as 3rd Wave’s traditional means of calling, automatically logs the PSO as busy in the phone system and the website, so callers know he/she is on the phone.

“Our testing has show an increase of 10 to 20 percent per week and reduces the cost and risk of using dispatchers,” 3rd Wave President Mike Conwell said.
