LELO Wins Luxury Toy of the Year at 2014 XBIZ Awards

CENTURY CITY, Calif. — Swedish designer brand LELO announced today their excitement at being recognized for Luxury Toy of the Year at the 2014 XBIZ Awards.

At the ceremony, which took place Friday night at the Century Plaza Hotel in Century City, Calif., iconic star Jenna Jameson presented the honor to LELO CEO Miroslav Slavic and the LELO U.S. sales and marketing team, marking LELO’s fourth trophy from industry authority XBIZ.

The LELO product singled out for the Luxury Toy of the Year award was couples’ massager Tara from the company’s Insignia collection of pleasure objects.

An instant bestseller on its release last September, the companys says that the “success of LELO’s new rotating and vibrating concept in couples’ massager is further cemented with this latest honor from XBIZ.”

Slavic, CEO of LELO since 2010, delivered a keynote speech earlier in the week at XBIZ 360, one of the business’s biggest gatherings of industry experts.

In his speech, Slavic expounded on the importance and prevalence of pleasure products in peoples’ lives and laid out how LELO is currently changing perceptions of many towards “novelty” items to bring them into the mainstream consciousness.
