The Gay Phoenix Forum will be held from Oct. 5-7. The three-day event will provide networking, educational and promotional opportunities for businesses in the gay market.
The legal panel is entitled “The Law of the Land — The Naked Truth,” and will examine ever-changing regulations, obscenity standards and what gay sites have to look out for to remain compliant. The panel also will feature attorneys Jeffrey Douglas, Chad Belville and John Flynn.
“Gay sites have been some of ASACP’s strongest and most loyal supporters, including top gay companies like Colt, Falcon, Badpuppy and Naked Sword, who are ASACP sponsors,” Irvine said. “These companies have helped us protect children, and we want to help them protect their businesses.”
