Fun Factory Releasing 3 New Products at ANME

LOS ANGELES — Fun Factory will showcase three new items at its booth (No. 69) at ANME this weekend — including the first insertable vibrator ever to use a silicone band to transmit vibrations to external erogenous zones.

Fun Factory is also launching a new model of Smartballs with a new ergonomic shape. The company says its new releases are available in limited quantities, and will only fulfill orders placed during ANME week. The new products will ship Jan. 20.

Amorino is the newest member of the mini Click’N’Charge family. Like the other vibes in its family, the Amorino comes with a USB charger and a full two-year warranty. It’s submersible, made of 100 percent medical grade silicone, has six speeds and six settings, a travel lock function and quick-stop button. As all Fun Factory toys do, it also features a powerful, low-frequency motor.

After selling more than 2 million Smartballs Teneo worldwide, Fun Factory gives its best-selling Kegel exerciser an upgrade. The Smartballs are now shaped for easier insertion and retrieval. The technology used remains unchanged and, according to Fun Factory, Smartballs are the quietest balls on the market.

Fun Factory’s Smart Balls are medically endorsed product and were featured on TMZ last winter as one of the products most associated with the 50 Shades phenomenon.

The new products each come with a shelf talker that is meant to be educational and serve as sales aids for the retail staff. They are designed to blend into the retail environment and be aesthetically pleasing. Merchandisers can customize how they use the shelf talkers, as they are fully adjustable, removable and six inches in diameter.

In additions to providing POS material, Fun Factory is surveying retailers at the ANME show to find out which new toy displays merchandisers may prefer to use in their stores. The company will show retailers a Cupid-shaped toy holder for the Amorino, as well as some stand-up banners.

The new items come with a booklet and instructional cards that consumers can take home. Smartballs come with a 50-page booklet called “55 Facts of Smartballs.” The Amorino comes with a Cupid-themed instructions card showing the four ways to use the toy, as well as a customizable post card.

Fun Factory’s Amorino retails for $99.99 and is available for wholesale at $49.99. The price for Smartballs Uno and Smartballs Duo is unchanged at $24.99 MSRP ($12.49 wholesale) for Unos and $29.99 MSRP ($14.99 wholesale) for Duos. Fun Factory enforces a strict MAP policy on all its products to protect retailers and the brand.
