FSC Summit and Awards Dates Announced

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — The Free Speech Coalition has announced show dates for the 2014 FSC Summit and Awards, which will be held at the W Hollywood Hotel in January in conjunction with the XBIZ 360° events series.

The 2014 FSC Summit will run Jan. 22-24, with the FSC Awards presentation taking place on the evening of Jan. 22.

The FSC Summit will once again unite industry executives, lobbyists, business and legal experts and deliver the latest industry updates and insights on topics and issues most pertinent to the initiatives of the adult industry trade association.

The trade association's conference will be highlighted by the second annual FSC Awards, which will honor an elite group of business leaders for their contribution to the greater good of their respective market segments and the industry as a whole. Award categories include Woman of the Year, Man of the Year, Internet Company of the Year, Novelty Company of the Year, Production Company of the Year and Performer Positive Image among others.

XBIZ 360° events, running concurrently with the FSC Summit and Awards at the W Hollywood Hotel, will feature conferences tailored to the digital, movie production, pleasure products and retail markets.

Diane Duke, the FSC's CEO, said that the FSC Summit “provides us with an opportunity to highlight industry issues of concern to our members.”

"We are looking forward to providing insight, options and solutions for areas of concern to all segments of the industry," Duke said. "The FSC Summit also gives us an opportunity to recognize and honor exceptional businesses and individuals within the adult entertainment and pleasure products community."
