“[Adult DVD] reviewers now will be able to access all the materials they need online without delay,” Sin City’s head of marketing Leah James said. “This way, everything they need to view our new releases will be immediately available to them.”
As James explains, people from all facets of the adult industry, including cable/satellite, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, online marketers, etailers, mail order and media outlets that need access to Sin City’s promotional material, preview streams and 2257 documents will be issued a password to access the site.
Sin City movie previews are streamed through Windows Media Player, while Apple users can play Sin City content through Quick Time utilizing a free plugin that is supported by advertising.
“Reviewers will be able to access our new releases in three different bit rates,” James said. “They are encoded in 300, 750 and 100 Kbps, which allows the individual user to have the best experience in respect to their Internet connection speed.”
Sin City has uploaded August’s new releases, including “Smokin’ Crack 3,” Barely 18 #29” and “Clusterfuck 5.” September releases are available today.
Accompanying each title is a synopsis, release and street date, link to the video stream, high-resolution box art and 20 images.
