Paradise Marketing Distributing K-Y Romance Kits

VISTA, Calif. — Paradise Marketing has announced distribution of the second incarnation of the “K-Y Date Night” couples’ kit.

The company said the original promotion made its debut last year with strong sales. This year, K-Y renewed the campaign to maximize both holiday and Valentine’s Day sales.

Each budget-minded kit features the “Yours+Mine” duo of personal lubricants designed for his and her pleasure, and a $40 gift card to spend on dinner and a movie to turn traditional date nights into stay-cations.

Paradise said the romance kit allows couples to get creative and let K-Y cover the tab, while giving adult stores a reliable and proven promotion that entices shoppers to purchase in person.

“K-Y Yours+Mine is famous for making it fun and easy to bring the spark back to couples’ relationships, and K-Y Date Night helps fan the flames with $40 to spend on foreplay,” CEO Dennis Paradise, said.

He added, “After the resounding response to last year’s release, it was only logical to repeat the program for a second round. And with the current economic climate undoubtedly affecting the way couples celebrate their sex lives, it’s the perfect time for retailers to stock K-Y Date Night.”

The kit offers two distinct personal lubricant formulas — warming for him, and tingling for her — that, when combined, create an intimate and exciting experience. The product is backed by a multi-million-dollar marketing plan that Paradise said included a clever primetime TV advertising campaign that entertained millions of Americans and inspired sweeping sales numbers.

The kits are in limited supply and will begin shipping Nov. 11.
