“Island Fever 4” is the first production to star all of Digital Playground’s exclusive contract stars. Director Joone brings Jesse Jane, Teagan Presley, Jana Cova and Sophia Santi together with Kinzie Kenner, Marie Luv, Evan Stone, Scott Nails, Tommy Gunn, Marco Banderas and Jean Val Jean for 16 sex scenes including 10 boy/girls, five girl/girls and a four-girl orgy, plus a dozen solo sequences. The feature clocks in at more than three hours, and the DVD extras run two-plus hours. To house the content, Joone is presenting “Island Fever 4” on a triple disc, limited-edition collectors set. The movie ships on Sept. 21 for a Sept. 28 street date.
