CLEARWATER, Fla. — StorErotica Magazine has announced the winners of its 7th annual soft good awards.
The honors were presented at the International Lingerie Show Fashion Show at the Rio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, on Sept. 23.
“We are very pleased to salute all of the industry’s ‘soft goods’ manufacturers and retailers with our Annual Awards, and our congratulations go out to all of this year’s winners and nominees,” StorErotica’s Kristofer Kay said. “Presenting this portion of our StorErotica Awards has become standard at ILS. The fashion show draws in thousands of industry professionals who, by and large, reflect our magazine’s readership. It’s a perfect pairing for the evening.”
The Awards categories included: Lingerie Manufacturer of the Year; Dancewear Manufacturer of the Year; Sexy Shoe Manufacturer of the Year; Costume Manufacturer of the Year; Accessory Manufacturer of the Year; Online Retailer of the Year; StorErotica Hall of Fame; and (for the first time at ILS) Independent Retailer of the Year.
Additionally, this year’s soft product awards included a Special Focus Award, honoring one speical focus editorial seen in the magazine over the past six issues. In 2013, the StorErotica Special Focus Award honors eight companies who were featured in the Special Focus on Male Intimates which appeared in the August 2012 issue.
The magazine said it solicited the advice of retailers, manufacturers, distributors, and industry experts who they believe represented the soft goods industry with exemplary products and services during the past year.
