XBIZ TV: Lexi Belle Discusses Adult Film Career, Life

LOS ANGELES — XBIZ TV is pleased to announce an exclusive new video interview with adult film star Lexi Belle.

The native of Baton Rouge, La., who grew up in Mississippi and Los Angeles began her career in adult entertainment in 2006. She has since racked up more than 400 movie credits and several accolades for her energetic performances, noting that her movie “Lexi” for Elegant Angel and her role as Batgirl in Vivid’s “Batman XXX” were among her favorites.

She told XBIZ she is not retired, but that she is carefully choosing her on-screen work in between maintaining a busy feature dancing schedule and exploring some independent projects.

“By choice I kind of slowed down and reevaluated myself and my life and what I want,” Belle said. “I was going on a good seven years of constantly shooting porn before I realized I need to just step back a little bit and appreciate sex a little more. It’s not so much a sport, because it was becoming like that for me.

“Now in 2013, I’ll probably shoot a handful or less a month as opposed to a week. It’s been good. I appreciate sex even more and my partners. I’m enjoying it. It’s not forever though.”

Belle said her venture into porn began while she was working at Hollywood Video and she met someone who had industry ties. A few months later, she was on her first adult film set.

“I’ve pretty much grown up in this industry,” Belle said. “I started at 18. All my firsts were on camera. First blowjob, first girl. First time being nude with the lights on out in front of the covers. Everything was a first.”

Belle also discussed her favorite on-screen partner, whether she keeps track of all her scenes and her No. 1 hobby, among other things.
