MIAMI — Vivid Entertainment’s new Miami gentlemen’s club, “Vivid Live,” is set to open Sept. 13 hosted by realty TV “Teen Mom” and new adult performer Sydney Leathers.
Located at 7020 NW 72nd Avenue, the adult club sits on 2.5 acres near the Palmetto Expressway close to Miami International Airport.
The grand opening gets underway at 5 p.m. with a complimentary seafood feast and happy hour, and continues with music and entertainment until 5 a.m.
Along with Leathers, Myla Sinanaj, former girlfriend of NBA’s Kris Humphries now starring in her own Vivid Celebvideo, “Myla Sinanaj: The Anti Kim,” will be hosting on Sept. 14. Also on tap that night is the Floyd Mayweather Jr.-Canelo Alvarez championship-boxing match to be screened on three 20 ft. tall projector screens and 40 plasma TVs.
The weekend open-to-the-public launch parties will be preceded on Sept. 12 by an invitation-only hospitality industry, VIP and press event hosted by adult star Tera Patrick.
Vivid said a group of local real estate professionals invested more than $10 million in the creation of the venue, licensing its name from Vivid Entertainment as part of the company’s new nightclub branding division.
Originally planned as “Club WET,” the owners took the opportunity to work with Vivid when they heard the name was available to be licensed.
The Vivid Girls, past and present, will appear regularly at Vivid Live, along with other dancers. The 30,000 square foot club features three separate entertainment rooms with 40 foot ceilings; a Vivid Ultra Lounge with 22 private VIP suites; four “extra-exclusive” luxury sky suites; separate VIP bachelor party and bottle service areas and a state-of-the-art sound and light system.
In addition to gourmet meals, there will be a complimentary grand buffet every Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Highlights include Thursday’s “churrascaria” style buffet with an array of carved meats and complimentary Friday seafood feast.
Platinum, gold, silver and black memberships that include access to the Vivid Ultra Lounge are available, as well as complimentary limousine service for VIP guests.
