Falcon/Raging Stallion Promotes Toby Morris to VP of Marketing, Editor of HUNT

SAN FRANCISCO — Falcon Studios/Raging Stallion Studios President Chris Ward on Thursday announced the promotion of Marketing Director Toby J. Morris to VP of marketing and editor-in-chief of HUNT eZine.

Morris, who was brought on shortly after the merger of Falcon and Raging Stallion studios, recently celebrated his two-year anniversary with the San Francisco mega-studio.

In that time, Morris built, refined and executed a well-rounded marketing strategy that increased revenue and set the stage for future growth. Additionally, he conceptualized, launched and served as editor of HUNT eZine, the first-of-its-kind industry eZine that serves as the centerpiece of the studios’ marketing efforts. HUNT eZine delivers gay porn fans biweekly high-quality free content and news from and about Falcon Studios, Raging Stallion Studios and the industry at large.

Now, Morris will serve as the chief marketing executive for one of the largest gay porn studios in the world. As VP Marketing, Morris’s core role is driving direct consumer DVD, membership, broadcast and scene sales by overseeing all marketing channels, including email, direct mail, company blog, eZine, social media, affiliate, media relations, events, partnerships, research, business development and cross promotion. He will also take on editor-in-chief duties of HUNT eZine, directing the content choices as well as developing new media opportunities for advertisers.

“Toby J. Morris has been instrumental in the studios’ growth while managing virtually all marketing channels over the past two years," Ward said. "He has far exceeded our expectations in helping our company reach its goals and for that reason we have promoted him to VP Marketing and Editor in Chief of HUNT eZine. He’s skyrocketed our social media presence, overhauled and vastly improved our email marketing program and fine-tuned our direct mail efforts, all while seizing and building new revenue channels and creating HUNT eZine, the crown jewel of his achievements.”

Morris remarked, “I’m thoroughly grateful to have my hard work rewarded with this promotion. It’s exhilarating to come to work every day and know there are new projects to be tackled.  I also get excited about trying new tactics and finding innovative ways to reach our audience, and providing advertisers with new vehicles to reach them as well."

Morris continued, “I would like to thank all the people who have supported me at Falcon and Raging Stallion. The entire staff works together as a team, and without all their help this would not be possible.”
