BoyAlley Auctions Message Board Sig for September

IRVINE, Calif. — On the heels of a bidding war for AlleyBucks CEO John “BoyAlley” Paul’s message board signature on GFY.com, Paul has decided to repeat the auction for September. This time, the winning donation will be given to the Free Speech Coalition.

Known as a prolific poster on adult industry message board GFY.com, Paul believes that the sig exposure for the winning company provides a great venue to promote its program. Paul set up the auctions to contribute to worthy causes in the adult industry.

Last month, adult affiliate program WEGCash’s winning bid for Paul’s sig was $5,000. The money was contributed to the Ray Guhn legal defense fund. Webmaster Ray Guhn was arrested in Florida and charged with racketeering, engaging in prostitution and the manufacture and sale of obscene material. Guhn operates the Cash Titans affiliate program.

“This time around, I wanted to help raise money for a cause that supports the entire industry, instead of just a small segment of it,” Paul told XBIZ. “The FSC is an organization that a lot of people in this industry are passionate about.”

At press time, the top bid was for $7,000 from Fleshlight. SatanCash, AdultXSpace, Adult Warden, Intense Cash and 2bet have all placed bids. In addition to receiving placement in Paul’s GFY.com sig, the winning bidder also receives 25 network licenses for Auto Blogger Pro, a niched ad spot on SponsorDump.com, dedicated hosting for six months from OC3Networks, 100 animated banners from WebInc.com, a gay prize pack from NakedSword and free ad spots on GayPornBlog.com, NakedSword.com and the Tim and Roma Show.

“I had a feeling that the bidding would go higher than the last auction I did,” Paul said. “And I think a lot of companies are realizing that this month will bring even more attention.”

The bidding takes place in $500 increments and ends Aug. 31.
