HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Adam & Eve Pictures has tapped director Will Ryder to helm its new production, “Grease XXX a Porn Parody.”
The studio said the ‘50’s will be roaring back in the full-blown sex-musical as pony tails, poodle skirts, duck tails and black leather jackets will rule the school when Danny falls in love with Sandy amidst a backdrop of wild sex, exuberant music and sexy co-ed hi-jinx.
"This is an unbelievable opportunity not only for me but for the entire cast because ‘Grease’ is a classic American piece of art," Ryder said. "I'm so happy and honored that Adam & Eve Pictures called on us to get the job done because it is no secret that I love musicals and 'Grease' is so much fun."
Ryder is co-producing “Grease XXX” with his X-Play partner Scott David whom together have produced a number of features including the hit, “Not the Wizard of Oz XXX.”
An adult industry party to celebrate the porn parodies will be held on Aug.10 at 10 p.m. at Tru Hollywood. The entire adult industry is invited to the bash being thrown by Adam & Eve, HotMovies, Brad Thomas and X-Play.
The party is expected to draw top adult stars, young starlets, wannabees, directors, producers and other esteemed members of the adult entertainment industry. Porn star talent is admitted free before 11 p.m. All other adult industry people will be discounted to $15 before 11 p.m. General admission after 11 p.m. is $20.
Media will be allowed to shoot stills and video on the red carpet and inside the private VIP adult industry section located in the lower level. Complimentary media passes are extremely limited by the club, but media members without free credentials can still shoot inside the VIP area by paying the entrance fee.
"We're expecting a really fun crowd at the party and we have a huge private VIP lower level just for those in the adult movie industry so we're pretty excited plus this club is so easy to get to just two blocks off of the 101 freeway," Ryder remarked.
Stars of “Love Boat XXX” including Capri Cavanni, Sunny Lane, Kendall Karson and Captain Stubing along with “Not the Wizard of Oz XXX's” Annika Albrite, Brandy Aniston and Judy Garland will be co-hosting the bash. James Bartholet will act as master of ceremonies.
Tru Hollywood has a large spacious VIP area and private entrance for recognized members of the adult industry, the organizers noted.
Casting for “Grease XXX” is now underway and some spots are still up for grabs but the full cast will be announced once all roles are filled. "This is a really big production and we have a lot of ground to cover before we begin shooting," David said.
The producers noted that they received the call for “Grease XXX” on the final day of post production on Adam & Eve’s “Love Boat XXX A Parody.” "What a great birthday present," remarked Ryder who took the phone call while celebrating his birthday July 31 in the Wynn Hotel & Casino pool in Las Vegas.
