LOS ANGELES — Burning Angel Entertainment has released “The Walking Dead: A Hardcore Parody,” the studio’s most extravagant production to date.
The film follows adult star Joanna Angel, Tommy Pistol, Skin Diamond, Kleio, Sierra Cure, Jessie Lee and more as they cross a post-apocalyptic wasteland dominated by horny, flesh-craving “walkers.”
Angel said she punctuates the sex scenes with the dark humor and special makeup effects that Burning Angel aficionados and cult movie fans have come to expect from the company’s product.
Although there's sexuality and innuendo in every scene, the studio said the movie delivers enough "outrageous supernatural mayhem" to keep fans of the TV show satisfied. The sex scenes are balanced with moments of dread and suspense that pay homage to the show.
“This is a great movie for all fans of the TV series. Tommy Pistol is a huge fan of the show and as a result he imitated Rick's character perfectly, and made sure all the other characters embodied the nuances they needed to have in order to keep everything in line with both the comic and the cable series,” Angel said.
She added, "Tommy also had an amazing knack for choreographing all the fight scenes and he made sure every zombie died a gruesome death. We truly are a dream team in front and behind the camera and I think all zombie fans, and Burning Angel fans, will be quite pleased with the outcome."
The DVD is being distributed exclusively by Wicked Pictures and is in stores now.
