LOS ANGELES — Britney Amber has announced her intentions to appear as the DreamZone Entertainment character, Barb Wire, for the Chicago Exxxotica convention on Friday July 12 and Saturday July 13.
Her appearance comes days after the Sex Awards were announced with Barb Wire XXX nominated as Best Adult Parody.
“I’m so excited to get back into my Barb costume and meet my fans in Chicago this weekend,” Amber said. ‘Barb Wire XXX’ was such a great movie and character. I’m very excited to further promote this movie.”
DreamZone said the movie remains a top seller and has been receiving positive press on social media and other adult outlets.
With Amber’s appearance at the Chicago Exxxotica show, DreamZone said it expects sales to continue to rise steadily.
“Britney Amber’s enthusiasm for ‘Barb Wire XXX’ tells us that we made the right decision when we hired her to play the part,” said Adam Hasner, vice president of DreamZone. “She did a great job portraying Barb, and to have her use the character in live appearances means a lot to us. The sales of ‘Barb Wire XXX’ were high to begin with. We are naturally happy that the popularity of the film is creating a demand for the character.
