VENICE, Calif. — Sovereign Syre is close to finishing her second directing effort, "Girls in Heat" and its completion will fall on her two-year anniversary in the adult industry.
It was on Bastille Day two years ago when she shot her first adult scene. While she had already posed for photographers like Holly Randall and Ken Marcus, it was Nica Noelle who first shot her adult video, giving Syre the lead role in "My Sister Celine" (Sweetheart Video).
She just received a nomination for the 2013 Sex Awards for Porn’s Perfect Screen Couple along with Asa Akira.
Last week she shot Ela Darling and Keira Kelly on a giant trampoline and next Dana Vespoli will get her turn in a shower scene. “All the girls that I've shot have really delivered and have been having a lot of fun getting to play at being glamour girls in a genre where things like glitter bikinis and Lucite heels are a no-go,” Syre said. “I told the girls to bring clothes that made them feel sexy, and they've really seemed to relish the chance to play dress up. These are going to be some very hot scenes.”
Soon she’ll be in front of the camera for "Lesbian Pussy Worship" (Filly Films) and in Vespoli’s summer feature for Evil Angel.
“I'm honored to have starring status in this upcoming project, which is shaping up to be one of the most intense and romantic projects I've been involved in,” Syre said. “Of course, because it’s me and because it’s Dana Vespoli, we'll be taking a lot of risks and breaking as many rules as possible.”
