“Having been in the industry for over two years I felt I had the experience to finally produce movies that I always wanted to do,” Thorn said. “My company will reflect movies I would want to see and scenes you’ve never seen me do.”
To handle the company’s day-to-day business affairs, Thorn has named Robert Mora as Nautica Thorn Productions’ CEO. Mora also serves as the assistant to the president and talent manager for Tera Patrick’s Teravision.
Mora, who met Thorn on the set of Teravision’s “Reign of Tera 2,” will direct for the company as well.
To begin her slate of reality-style adult movies, Thorn has finished casting for her first production named “Nautica Thorn’s All Access.” The movie will begin shooting Aug. 19 and stars Katja Kassin, Charlie Laine, Kat, Celeste Star, Alexa Lynn, Kate Frost, Tommy Gunn, Scott Nails, Billy Glide, Jerry and Anthony Hardwood.
Expanding Thorn’s personnel roster is Sancho, who will serve as the company’s producer and head of production.
“I’m bringing aboard new industry producer and director Sancho to oversee the production of all my films,” Thorn said. “Sancho, who comes from mainstream production as well as adult, will be a great asset to my company.”
Thorn’s official website, EnterNautica.com, is set to launch in the fall.
