Under the agreement, Pinelake will take over all sales and marketing of the InXtc TV hardcore channel, as well as provide content for the channel.
Pinelake will offer user subscriptions in X-Crypt and FIRECrypt pay TV formats and bundle subscriptions with its line of DVD, distributed throughout Europe.
The channel will be available for affiliate programs as a live stream for their websites, running a feed 24/7 with all new movies.
InXtc TV is currently available to anyone in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa and as far as Pakistan and India with a set-top box and subscription card.
While InXtc TV will remain active in the uplink of the channel, all content, programming, marking and sales will be handled by Pinelake.
