Better Sex by Sinclair Institute Announces Erotic Fiction Writing Contest

HILLSBOROUGH, NC — Better Sex is launching an Erotic Fiction Contest with the theme “Female Fantasies” beginning May 1.

The Sinclair Institute and BetterSex.com announced today more than $4,000 in cash and prizes will be awarded to amateur erotic fiction writers.

“We’ve had great success with these contests in the past and are looking forward to this year’s submissions,” said Rebecca Cook, Sinclair Institute director of marketing and new business development. “There’s no denying that the Shades of Grey phenomenon took the world by storm and we’d like to provide an opportunity for other amateur writers’ stories to be heard.”

Submission deadline for the contest is midnight on May 31 with public voting for semi-finalist winners lasting June 1-9. Winners will be announced on June 25.

Adult writers, 18 years of age or older at time of story submission, will submit their stories based on the top 10 female fantasies determined by a poll of BetterSex.com customers.

According to the company,  the top 10 female fantasies are in no particular order: sex with a stranger, dominating a man, being submissive to a man, threesome with another man, threesome with another woman, voyeurism, exhibitionism, erotic dancing/stripping, role playing and sex in a public place.

The grand prize winner will receive $750, second place will receive $500 and third place will receive $250.
